- The TSCP was launched in July 2003 and comprises of Angus Council, Dundee City Council, Perth and Kinross Council, the Scottish Executive and Tayside Police and is supported by NHS Tayside, Tayside Fire Brigade and the Scottish Ambulance Service.
- The Partners work together to reduce death and serious injuries on Tayside's roads by encouraging drivers to observe speed limits and alter their thinking and driving behaviour.
- Safety cameras are operated at sites with a history of collisions and evidence of excess speed.
